Flora Rosefsky is now taking orders for commissions of unique paper cutout collage portraits of pets and people at an Introductory Price $190 – plus applicable GA sales tax. Shipping and Handling- add $14.95 (Save the shipping by picking up orders at the artist’s studio in Decatur, GA.)

Cost & Payment: The total cost of the commissioned piece is $190 for one 11×14” original portrait plus applicable GA State tax. A $95 deposit for the commission is due at the time of placing the order, as a non-refundable deposit with initial order. Allow 3 weeks to fulfill an order and an additional $50 for a rush order. The balance due when order is complete prior to being picked up or mailed.
